My yoga journey began in 2016 when I felt the need to move my body and found yoga to be incredibly fascinating for my mind. The more I practiced, the deeper my love for yoga grew.
To enhance my knowledge, I undertook several intensive training programs, including 200 hours of Yin Yoga, 200 hours of Multistyle Yoga, and 200 hours of Hatha Yoga.
In addition to yoga, I broadened my expertise in other holistic practices such as 100 hours Qi Qong for Level One and Two, Tibetan Sound Healing for Level One and Two, and Sound Healing Level One. Currently, I am pursuing another 300 hours for Kundalini Yoga, which is still in progress.
Pranayama and meditation are two of my favorite disciplines to teach, and I am eager to expand my knowledge in these areas further. In 2025, I joined the Yoga Rescue Team, a group dedicated to spreading yoga worldwide, where I found a shared passion and spirit among the team members.
