Biography

As the founder of The Yoga Rescue in Bali, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and expansive space for every individual who walks through our doors. I was born and raised in East Java, Indonesia. After living in Europe for over 20 years, I’ve spent the past few years in Bali, where yoga has truly transformed my life.

Yoga came to me when I needed it most, and it continues to be a gift I am forever grateful for. It has not only helped me reconnect with my roots but has also deepened my connection with nature, the space around me, and my inner self. My mission is to share this transformative practice with others, helping each person who enters our studio feel welcomed, supported, and empowered on their own journey.

As a certified teacher in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, and Vinyasa as well as a Bhakti Yoga, we offer a variety of classes that encompass the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga. My additional training in Kids Yoga & Family Yoga reflects my belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or experience.

At The Yoga Rescue, I strive to create an environment where everyone can feel at home, grow, and deepen their practice in their own unique way. My intention is to foster a space that is not only safe but also inspiring—where individuals can explore, connect, and grow within a supportive community. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, I look forward to sharing this beautiful journey with you.
