Member cards for the physical classes in our studio (e.g. 5-Class packs, 10-Class packs and 1-Month Unlimited cards) have a validity date indicated on the card when purchased. Member cards are are non refundable, non extendable and non transferable.
In general, due to the nature of our online courses, we can NOT offer a refund, a cancellation or a transfer to another course or another student.
An exception are automatic recurring payments for (e.g.) a monthly or yearly all-in subscription for our online courses. In case such a subscription has been renewed and you have NOT taken any course(s) after the latest date of renewal, you need to inform us within 14 days of the automatic renewal date. We MAY honor a refund within 14 days of that latest renewal. This also means your access to materials that are part of the subscription will be terminated immediately. Should you be outside of the 14-day window, then your termination will take effect on the date that your next renewal should have been taking place.
In case of private classes, any cancellation from the customer within 24-hrs from the start of the class are non refundable. However, it is possible to reschedule your session but please let us know as soon as possible so we can assure the best possible arrangement. Day and time for the rescheduled class will depend on the openings in our schedule.
Workshops, Retreats and other Events
After the enrollment for a Workshop, Retreat or Event has closed, refunds MAY not be possible anymore (be it in full, or partially). Any request for a refund will be looked at with great care but costs will be deducted for expenses that we had to commit to due to e.g. your enrollment or due to the method of payment (bank transfer costs etc).
