I love sports and was a regular at the gym, but I started to learn yoga in 2020 because I was suffering from migraine for 10 years, and it became worse in the last 2 years of that period. Yoga helped to ease my migraine. I started with Hatha and Vinyasa, and throughout the time, I constantly practiced Ashtanga yoga under the guidance of my guru.
My style of teaching is mostly Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Power, but I’m always open for the gentle style. Modifications or options for beginners to advanced students will always be available in my classes.
Coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. The term vinyasa also describes a sequence (Chaturanga to upward-facing dog to downward-facing dog) used in these classes....
