Desak began her yoga journey in 2006 as self-practice, which had a profound impact on her life and supported her healing process.
In 2020, she decided to deepen her knowledge and became a certified yoga teacher. Since then, she has continued her education through various trainings to further develop her skills.
She is a passionate yoga teacher with experience leading both group and one-on-one sessions in studio, corporate, and community settings.
Desak designs inclusive classes that promote flexibility, strength, and mental well-being. She specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Ashtanga (beginner level) styles and is committed to making yoga accessible and supportive for people of all ages and abilities.
