I’m Brian and 4 years ago I was drawn to yoga as a form of exercise.
Recently, during one of the most uncertain chapters of my life when I lost my job, my home, and I was suffering from depression, I felt completely lost. I was called to do my teacher training and I discovered that Yoga is not only Asana. I rediscovered joy, not only in the practice, but in life itself. What started as healing slowly became a purpose.
As an RYT 200 teacher and certified Sound Healing practitioner, I guide Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga classes that are gentle, grounded, and playful. Yoga has helped calm my overthinking mind and taught me how to find strength in uncertainty. It deepened my connection to my breath, my body, and my inner self, and this is what I hope to share.
I integrate breath-work, meditation, chanting, and sound healing into my classes to create a holistic and uplifting experience. My intention is for each person to leave feeling energized, centered, supported, and more connected to themselves.
Yoga helped me rediscover my inner light and it is an honor to hold space for others as they reconnect with theirs.
