Dewi has been a passionate yoga practitioner for over a decade, specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Living in Jakarta, she found that yoga brought balance to her fast-paced city life. The pandemic became a turning point, leading her to complete a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program in Bali in 2021.
Her journey continued with certifications in Yin Yoga, Face Yoga, and Energy Healing, deepening her understanding of holistic wellness. Inspired by this transformation, she embraced Bali as her next destination to share her yoga practice as a teacher.
Dewi’s teaching focuses on harmonizing yoga poses (asanas) with meditation, believing that asanas naturally lead to the stillness of meditation. Practicing with her is an invitation to experience yoga as a journey of self-discovery—nurturing both the body and the inner self.
