Melisa’s yoga journey began in 2017, when she discovered her love for Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Through consistent practice, she found that yoga was more than just physical movement—it became a way to cultivate patience, self-acceptance, and emotional well-being. Her classes reflect this philosophy, offering a safe and supportive space for students to explore their own bodies and minds.
After completing her 200-hour Teacher Training Course (TTC) in 2022, Melisa has been sharing her knowledge and practice in both Jakarta and Bali. In 2024, she deepened her practice by completing a 50-hour Aerial Yoga TTC, drawn to the way Aerial Yoga combines fun and mindfulness into the practice, while enhancing the benefits of yoga with the support of the hammock.
