I’ve been a yoga practitioner since 2007, exploring various styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, and Iyengar.
Over the years, my passion for yoga has led me to diverse training programs and workshops with different teachers. Drawing from their knowledge and incorporating it into my own practice, I constantly feel the need to keep learning so I can share my best with others.
To me, yoga is the union of mind, body, and soul—a way to deepen both physical and spiritual practice.
