I started my yoga journey about 17 years ago. And for the last 4 years, I started teaching yoga after completing my 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training. I also attended 30hrs Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training and 100hrs Yoga Thai Massage. At this moment, I teach Yin Yoga and combine Yin Yang style.
What I love most from Yoga is to make myself learn how to know and listen to my heart, my body. By Learning about YIN, we are learning about Slowness, Calmness, and Silence which sometimes is what we need. I also remember what Bernie Clark said, “Don’t use the body to get into the pose. We use the pose to get into the body.”
