Mariani is a devoted mom and certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for helping others find balance in their lives. As a mother, Mariani understands the importance of creating space for self-care and mindfulness in the midst of a busy family life. With over 5 years of experience teaching yoga, she specializes in Yin, Hatha, Pre/Postnatal, and also an amazing releasing treatment called Access Bars, focusing on practices that nurture both body and mind. Her teachings are designed to be welcoming and accessible, helping students of all levels connect with their inner peace and strength. When she’s not teaching yoga, Mariani loves spending quality time with her family, watching movies, reading books. She believes that yoga is not just a practice but a way of life—a philosophy she weaves into her parenting and daily routines. Joining The Yoga Rescue as a co-owner was a natural evolution of her journey. There is a growing need for a supportive, inclusive space where people of all backgrounds can come together to prioritize their well-being. With a vision to create a sanctuary that blends community, self-care, and growth, she works alongside her partners to nurture The Yoga and continue its growth and future impact.
