The new moon is an opportunity to pause and reflect on the past, releasing what no longer serves you. Set intentions for the new month as the harmonizing sounds and vibrations from singing bowls help guide you into theta or alpha states. This process activates your parasympathetic system, bringing you into a restorative state. As you achieve this state, your body will facilitate the release of what no longer serves you.

Vinyasa
Coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. The term vinyasa also describes a sequence (Chaturanga to upward-facing dog to downward-facing dog) used in these classes.
Hatha Yoga
The type of yoga that typically comes to mind when you think of yoga. It involves breathing, yoga poses, and meditation.
Slow Flow
In this Slow Flow class, you will practice about half the number of poses you might practice in a Flow class. It is a combination in between Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. The pace is meditative, with the emphasis on a peaceful and calm body and mind.

An energizing, yet calming and gentle way to start the day. Aiming at bringing clarity to the mind and awakening the body.
