SPECIAL: Prana Meditation for a Youthful Face

The face makes the most impression, yet rarely we pay attention to maintain it. In this session we will practice face yoga for 30 min, to open the blood vessels of the face area. Followed by a prana meditation to open the meridian energy to the face area for 40 min. The goal of this practice is to flow more blood and rejuvenate cells in the face area by combining face yoga and prana meditation in this 90 min session.
