Refund policy

General
By purchasing any class, course, subscription, or event offered by The Yoga Rescue, you agree to the following refund policy. This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Member Cards (In-Studio Classes)
Member cards for physical classes in our studio (such as 5-Class Packs, 10-Class Packs, and 1-Month Unlimited Cards) have a validity period indicated at the time of purchase.

All member cards are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable, including in cases of partial use, non-attendance, or personal scheduling conflicts.

Online Courses
Due to the digital nature of our online courses, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or transfers to another course or another student once access has been granted.

Subscription Exception
For automatic recurring subscriptions (for example. monthly or yearly all-access memberships):

If your subscription renews automatically and you have not accessed any course materials after the renewal date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal date. If approved, your access to all subscription materials will be terminated immediately.
Requests made after the 14-day window will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refund will be issued.

Private Classes
Cancellations made by the customer within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be possible if notice is given as early as possible. The rescheduled date and time are subject to instructor availability.

No-shows are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Workshops, Retreats & Special Events
Once enrolled in a workshop, retreat, or other special event that requires advance payment or ticket purchase, refunds may not be possible, either in full or in part.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is granted, it may be subject to deductions for non-recoverable expenses already incurred due to your enrollment and for administrative or payment processing fees (e.g. bank transfer or platform fees).

Studio-Initiated Cancellations or Changes
If The Yoga Rescue cancels or reschedules a class, private session, workshop, or event, you will be offered either a full refund or a credit or rescheduled session, where applicable.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be arranged in consultation with you. The refund method will be agreed upon together and will be limited to the options available to The Yoga Rescue.

Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of illness, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, refund or credit requests may be considered at The Yoga Rescue’s discretion.
