Inside Flow
Inside Flow is a revolutionary vinyasa flow. Music drives the Inside Flow yoga classes and frame the whole sequence. During the Inside Flow class, you gently move from one posture to another carried by the music, bringing you into a trance-like, almost meditative state. Movement and breath are One.

Under the Full Moon energy, we will practice together to let go of things that no longer serve purposes. While with this practice, you will receive frequency, vibration & voice that can heal layers of your body.

The new moon is an opportunity to pause and reflect on the past, releasing what no longer serves you. Set intentions for the new month as the harmonizing sounds and vibrations from singing bowls help guide you into theta or alpha states. This process activates your parasympathetic system, bringing you into a restorative state. As you achieve this state, your body will facilitate the release of what no longer serves you.
