Due to activities of the G20 at the GWK on November 15, we decided to close.
In this class, we focus on the fundamentals of arm balances. We cover the basic principles and skills of these poses, followed by learning and performing some physical conditioning and exercises to warm up and activate the key parts of the body before practising basic arm balances.
We also discuss mental blocks and breathing techniques to be used during the exercises.
This class is ideal for beginners and improvers, and includes progressions and exercises that the students are able to take home and practise individually.
