Luci began her yoga journey in 2013. Drawn to its profound healing benefits, she became a certified teacher in 2018. With a background in managing experiential learning development programs and training delivery for personal and professional growth, Luci has cultivated a deep compassion for the well-being of others.
Through ongoing education in yoga and her passion for holistic well-being, she combines her expertise in training delivery with Yoga knowledge. Luci devotes her presence to holding space for exploration and growth, guiding students with a gentle approach that emphasizes the wholeness of body, mind, and spirit.
Luci’s dynamic classes are a vibrant celebration of breath, movement, and rhythm. With a love for dance and music, she guides students through flowing sequences that leave them feeling empowered and inspired.
In her slow-paced restorative classes (Yin), Luci offers a beautiful, soothing, and calming practice that incorporates principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This nurturing approach leaves students feeling peaceful, light, and deeply relaxed.
