Special Prenatal Yoga Class for Expectant Mothers in their 2nd & 3rd trimester.

This Special Class will be held to provide knowledge and skills about prenatal yoga to expectant mothers from 2nd and 3rd trimester. 

The aim of this class is to help prospective mothers prepare themselves mentally and physically to face the birth process with a positive experience.

You will learn breathing techniques and prenatal yoga movements that can help reduce physical and mental tension during pregnancy. 

This is a very beneficial event for expectant mothers. It provides useful information and skills to help prepare optimally to face the birthing process with a positive experience.  It also helps participants to:

  • Connect with fellow mothers-to-be.
  • Share experiences about pregnancy and childbirth.
  • Strengthen social support during pregnancy and childbirth, creating an interactive and supportive atmosphere.
