A relaxing class that combines aerial yoga (using low hammocks) with reiki energy healing. You will move through supported, restful poses designed to ease physical tension and calm the nervous system. Reiki is applied through light touch or hands held above the body and is incorporated throughout the class to promote relaxation.
Suitable for all levels, no experience required.
