Prenatal yoga is a specialized form of yoga designed for expectant mothers during pregnancy. It incorporates yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation techniques that are adapted to the unique needs and physical changes experienced by pregnant women.
Suitable and regular physical activity throughout the pregnancy can help to keep the mother and babies healthy.
This class is open to any pregnant woman at any stage of the pregnancy, as well as those who work directly with pregnancy, such as midwives, doulas, and yoga teachers.
Props required: Please bring a small pillow to use as a belly.
