In this Slow Flow class, you will practice about half the number of poses you might practice in a Flow class. It is a combination in between Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. The pace is meditative, with the emphasis on a peaceful and calm body and mind.
A soft practice, linking together poses with the breath and requiring less strength and endurance than a regular Flow class.
Coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. The term vinyasa also describes a sequence (Chaturanga to upward-facing dog to downward-facing dog) used in these classes.
