My approach to Yoga might be a little bit different from what we mostly see on social media. As an enthusiast for neuroscience I am interested in how we can alter our brain chemistry to help our body and our soul to release what no longer serves us. There fore my Yoga classes are based on three main pillars: slowing down, doing less and practicing kindness. I love to motivate my students to think outside the Yoga box and create an experience that fulfills them by incorporating playful cues, props and lots of modifications.
