Please note: We ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of classes in our studio. In order not to disturb a class that is in progress, kindly note that a late arrival might mean we can not let you enter anymore. So please make sure to be on time.

* We do our best to always do all classes as scheduled. That could mean however, due to unforeseen last-minute changes, a substitute teacher could occasionally lead the class. Thank you for your understanding.
Frequently asked questions about our daily classes
No! You do not need to book in advance for our classes. You can just drop in to join.
Only for classes that are indicated with Reservation required or Ticket required you need to book in advance.
Yes! We provide mats and props so there is no need to bring your own. But if you have your own mat, you are of course welcome to use it.
For beginners we recommend to start with our Morning Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Gentle Flow classes.
Most of our classes are for all levels, but Vinyasa classes are more dynamic and in general more challenging for beginners.

* Please note:
– Member cards are non-extendable, non refundable and non transferable.
– 5-class and 10-class Member cards are valid for 60 days after date of purchase.
– Member cards are not valid for classes that are priced separately.
– Member cards are registered in the name of the person purchasing the card.
– The owner of a 5 and 10 classes member card can use them to pay for any accompanying guests as long as the owner of the card attends the class too.
– Kids and students under 17 years of age (ID may be required) enjoy a 50% discount.
For the majority of the classes in our studio you do not have to book in advance and the above pricing applies. Just come to the studio and pay for a Single Class Drop-in or purchase a multi class pack (5-class, 10-class or 1 month Unlimited Member Card).
Exceptions:
– Events that indicate “Reservation Required”: You will need to reserve your spot by following the link in the details of that eventor go to the Tickets and Reservation page. Pricing follows the normal pricing for the studio classes as per above. You pay for the event at the studio, before it takes place.
– Events that indicate “Ticket Required”: These events are priced differently and can not be payed with a Member Card. You will need to purchase a separate ticket. Just follow the link in the details of that event or go to the Tickets and Reservation page to buy a ticket.
