Access Bars is a therapy which involves gentle touch on 32 points on the head aims to release stored thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, attitudes that you thought were important.

  • The full sessions are 45 or 60 minutes by an Access Bars Practitioner
  • You will be in a lying position
  • The practitioner will gently touch 32 points on your head
  • Allow yourself to relax, receive, and enjoy the session
  • Every Access Bars session is different every time, even if your repeat with the same practitioner
  • Getting your bars run: Slowing down your brain waves, so you may feel restful, reflective, drowsy, sleepy, or dreamy
