In this session, we will use a continuous conscious breath to bring ourselves into a trance like state. This can allow for suppressed thoughts and stored emotions from trauma to more easily move toward the surface and be released.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is the conscious control of our breath in order to influence our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Benefits of Breathwork: There are many benefits of breathwork. Benefits vary from person to person and the specific technique used to control the breath. Some common benefits include:
