– The foundations of Ashtanga Yoga and its breathing techniques (Ujjayi pranayama)
– The Sun Salutations and foundational postures that make up the Primary Series
– How to practice in the Mysore style, at your own pace, with individual guidance
– The importance of building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in every posture

Beginners and intermediate practitioners are welcome to practice side by side, at your own pace. No prior experience required, just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
