I am an energetic, fun-loving and passionate Mindfulness and Yoga teacher, with 780 hr Yoga Alliance YTT certification. I believe in a holistic approach to childhood education, which all starts with the supporting adults.
I am fully qualified and certified International Primary School Teacher, with over 13 years experience teaching in the classroom and in extra curricular activities.
I believe that early exposure to mindful movement and breath work enables a person to become more aware of oneself, others and the surroundings.
When participating in Mindfulness and Yoga, you develop better focus, calmness and increased self-esteem. Furthermore, your body gains strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.
