Prenatal Yoga Class & Community

The pregnancy yoga community sessions are designed to provide a beautiful space for pregnant women to gather together.

Move your body in a safe and healthy way, stretch and strengthen, improve circulation, learn new breath work strategies to alleviate pain and stress, take time to connect with your baby inside the womb through sound vibrations (the first sense a baby develops) and much more.

Many options and alternative postures will be provided

What to expect

Each Prenatal Yoga & Community class consists of a 90 minute yoga class + 1 hour Sharing Time after session (optional) and includes grounding tea & snacks.
