I started as someone who didn’t understand yoga at all, but it has completely transformed my life. I used to suffer from acute vertigo, severe acid reflux, and intense lower back pain. Without realizing it, these conditions began to fade away one by one after I started practicing yoga. But the benefits didn’t stop there—yoga also reshaped my mindset, teaching me to open myself up and release everything that no longer serves me.
From these life-changing experiences, I realized that I wanted to share the incredible benefits of yoga with others. This led me to deepen my practice by enrolling in a 200-hour Teacher Training Course (TTC). Through this journey, I have learned and understood so much—especially about the importance of self-mastery, mental discipline, and truly understanding what lies within me.
By aligning these three essential aspects—body, mind, and spirit—I am confident that I will achieve holistic well-being.
